Using the CommBank app

  1. Log on to the CommBank app, then tap Accounts
  2. Select your merchant account, then tap Manage
  3. Select Update business name, then select your new business name
  4. Scroll to review your request, then Submit your new business name

Using NetBank

  1. Log on to NetBank
  2. Select your merchant account, then the Manage service tab
  3. Select Update business name, then select your new business name
  4. Review your request, then Submit your new business name

Keep in mind

  • You’ll receive a reference number after you’ve submitted your request
  • It can take up to seven days for your updated business name to show in NetBank or the CommBank app
  • You may also need to update your business details with CommBank
