Energy savings to the fore at Cammeray Golf Club

Cammeray Golf Club in Cremorne is one of the oldest golf clubs in NSW.  With facilities requiring air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and charging stations for electric golf carts, energy is one of the business's most significant costs.

General Manager Layton Gould was concerned about the increasing cost of energy, but unsure how to tackle the problem. A consultation with advisors from the Business Energy Advice Program revealed a numbers of ways the club could become more energy efficient, with a projected saving of around $10,000 a year.
