Pay your bills
The easiest way to pay your bills with your credit card is with BPAY®. It lets you pay 15,000 bills online or over the phone. If you’re registered for NetBank, you can also schedule your payments for a future date, arrange multiple bill payments in one go, receive and view your bills using BPAY View®, and search through previously paid bills.
What bills can I pay?
If your bill displays the BPAY logo, you’ll be able to pay it directly from your credit card account. Find out which bills you can pay.
How do I get started?
You don’t need to register to use BPAY. You only need to be registered for NetBank or telephone banking.
Once you’re registered:
- Look for the BPAY logo on your bills
- Log on to NetBank or call telephone banking on 13 2221 and select 'pay bill'
- Go to the ‘Bills’ tab and select 'pay bill'
- Select the account you want to make the payment from and the amount you’d like to pay
- Select the payment date
- Enter the biller code and customer reference number shown on your bill
- You’ll then receive a receipt number for your records.

Manage your bills in one place with BPAY View
You can see, track and easily pay your bills online in NetBank with BPAY View. You can also manage your bills on the go in the CommBank app.

Choose how you pay: Pay instantly, schedule for later or use BPAY View AutoPay in NetBank to pay automatically. Keep in mind that some billers don’t accept credit card payments – we’ll let you know which don’t.
Switch your regular payments to us
If you’ve recently opened a new CommBank credit card account and would like to switch your regular payments (such as your utility bills, insurance payments and entertainment subscriptions) to your new credit card, try our online switching service.
