  • While your payment is instantly debited from your account, the biller may not immediately receive it
  • Public holidays, weekends or payments made after 6pm (Sydney/Melbourne time) on a business day may cause a slight delay in your BPAY payment being processed
  • BPAY payments can take up to 2 days to process

Using Bill Sense in the CommBank app

Go to Bills and payments in the menu in the app to start using Bill Sense

Using Bills and upcoming payments in NetBank

  1. We’ll let you know which billers in your NetBank address book offer BPAY View®. Just switch to online bills.2
  2. Or when you pay an eligible biller in the app, we’ll give you the option to get those bills sent straight to the app.
  3. You only need to add a bill once in NetBank or the app.3

Things you should know

1 With BPAY View AutoPay you tell us the maximum amount we should automatically debit from your chosen account for each biller. When a new bill arrives, so long as it’s equal to or less than the maximum limit, that bill will be automatically paid.

2 If a biller isn’t in your address book check if they offer BPAY View first. If they do, you’ll need to choose Add bill to add them to your address book then switch to online bills.

It can take up to two business days for a biller to action your BPAY View request. You may get one further bill in the post as a result, depending on their billing cycle.
