Has the Favouree consented to receiving the Bank Guarantee electronically only? Before requesting this type of Bank Guarantee, you must confirm with the Favouree that they have agreed to not receive a physical paper Bank Guarantee.

Please provide the company domain email where the Favouree is a company.

Please ensure all the information provided is correct and complete. A $250 re-documentation fee may apply if you need to make changes to the documentation later.
