How to set a lock or limit:

  • Step 1: Log into the CommBank app.
  • Step 2: Select ‘Cards’.
  • Step 3: Tap the settings icon for the card you want to lock or limit.
  • Step 4: Select the lock or limit feature you’d like to activate.
  • Step 5: Slide to activate or deactivate the lock or limit.


Lock, Block and Limit excludes transactions flagged as recurring (eg. direct debits), transactions not sent to us for authorisation and international online purchases processed in Australia.  Other Terms & Conditions apply.
