How does a Travel Money Card work?

Order online in NetBank or call in to any branch and get one straight away.

Lock in the exchange rate and load up to 13 foreign currencies on your card.

The currency of the country you’re in will automatically be used if you have that currency on your card and you have enough currency to pay for the full transaction.

You can check your balance and reload your card at any time through the CommBank app or NetBank – even when you’re overseas.

Get a Travel Money Card

Log onto NetBank to order a card. You’ll get your card in the mail within 5-6 business days.

Once you get your card you can use it straight away. If you're a Gold, Platinum or Diamond credit card customer, a Platinum Debit MasterCard customer or student, we’ll waive the card issue fee for you in branch.
