If you’re unable to view a business account, this means you haven’t been given access or the account hasn't been linked to online banking.
For NetBank or the CommBank app, you’ll need to speak to an organisation representative, such as your director or proprietor, who can authorise access to the account.
For CommBiz, speak with your Administrator who manages the user accesses to accounts within CommBiz.
Good to know
Changes in NetBank won't update in CommBiz. Manage CommBiz user permissions and account authorities.3

If you have a different business account
If your account is accessed electronically using CommBiz, you’ll also need to remove that person’s access separately.
If you are the sole director or proprietor of your business, a message will appear confirming the removal of the individual requested and the Authority summary will be updated. After the authority has been removed:
If your business has more than one director or the request to remove an authority was raised by an existing authority on the account, then your request will require multiple approvals. When approval is required:
If your business has more than one Director or proprietor, or the request to remove an authority was raised by an existing authority on the account, the process to remove an authorised signatory requires approval. This can be done on NetBank.
You will be required to generate a NetCode, so keep your phone handy. You will receive a NetBank inbox message and an email confirming the change. The person being removed will also receive an email letting them know they’ve been removed.
If your NetBank displays a message saying you are unable to remove an authority, message us in the CommBank app, visit a branch, or contact your Relationship Manager (if you have one).

Account authorities don’t need to be existing CommBank customers. However, to access and manage business accounts digitally, they must have a NetBank profile. This profile enables secure online access and ensures compliance with CommBank’s identity verification standards. To set up a NetBank profile, they’ll need to visit a branch with their verification documents.5
CommBiz Administrators can add, edit and remove users and their permissions.6 They can also add, edit and remove authorisers6 from the CommBiz Electronic Account Authorities.
