How do I know what my Travel Money Card balance was at the time of a transaction?

There are two ways to check your transactions:

  1. Log on to NetBank then click on your Travel Money Card or log on to the CommBank app, then the 'View accounts' tile and then your Travel Money Card
  2. Call the Travel Money Card Customer Service Centre 24/7 on: 1300 660 700 if you’re in Australia  or  +61 2 9999 3283 (reverse charges accepted) if you’re overseas

You can export your transaction listing to an Excel or CSV file.

You will not be able to see a running balance at the time of each transaction.
