How do I know what my Travel Money Card balance was at the time of a transaction?

There are two ways to check your transactions:
- Log on to NetBank then click on your Travel Money Card or log on to the CommBank app, then the 'View accounts' tile and then your Travel Money Card
- Call the Travel Money Card Customer Service Centre 24/7 on: 1300 660 700 if you’re in Australia or +61 2 9999 3283 (reverse charges accepted) if you’re overseas
You can export your transaction listing to an Excel or CSV file.
You will not be able to see a running balance at the time of each transaction.
