I’ve set up NetBank Real-time Alerts to come through as notification in my CommBank app. Why am I not receiving them?

For alerts to be delivered to your CommBank app, your notifications need to be turned on.
For iOS devices:
- Choose 'Notification Centre' via the phone settings
- Scroll down and choose 'CommBank'
- Choose 'None' as the ‘Alert Style’ and turn on 'Badge App Icon, Sounds, Show in Notification Centre' and 'Show on Lock Screen'.
On an Android device, go to the CommBank app Settings via the sidebar and turn on notifications.
