Have your Australian driver’s licence, Medicare card, passport or Australian birth certificate handy. You can pass with one form of ID, but having more than one may improve your chances of passing the online ID check.
You can complete your ID check in-branch too – you’ll just need to bring these documents (please note we only accept a Medicare card for an online ID check – we don’t accept it in-branch).
