You have seven days, including the maturity date itself, once your fixed term deposit matures to tell us online what you’d like to change regarding your renewed term deposit.

You can also call us 24/7 on 13 2221 or drop in to your nearest branch, to tell us what changes you want to do with your term deposit during the seven days from the maturity date.

Remember you can see and manage your term deposit alongside your other accounts in NetBank at any time, so you never lose track of your term deposit’s status.
