Why am I unable to link my cards to Tap & Pay?

To link your cards to Tap & Pay you need:

  1. The latest version of the CommBank app
  2. An NFC-enabled Android phone with OS 4.4 (KitKat) or above
  3. A CommBank debit or credit Mastercard or VISA card.
