How do I order a replacement for my damaged card?

If your card is damaged you can order a replacement in NetBank, the CommBank app or by contacting us.

Once you have requested a replacement card:

  • Your card number and PIN will not change and you can continue to use your current card until you receive the new one
  • The new card will be sent to you within 7 working days
  • Once your new card arrives, destroy your existing card and start using the new one straight away.
