How do I export and import a NetBank account address book?

You can export an account address book from one NetBank account to use in another. For example, your partner has just registered for NetBank and will be paying the same accounts that you do. Instead of manually adding each account, you can export your account address book and import it straight into their NetBank.

To export an account address book:

1. Log on to NetBank, go to the Transfers & BPAY tab, then select Address book.
2. Click Export to start the file download.
3. Save the file if/when prompted (the default file name is file.txt).

Having trouble exporting when using Internet Explorer? If a security bar appears on the top of your screen, click on the bar then select the option to download the file from the menu provided.

To import an account address book into NetBank:

1. Log on to NetBank, go to the Transfers & BPAY tab, then select Address book.
2. Choose Import, locate the .txt file you would like to import, then select Import.
3. Once you have reviewed the accounts that have been imported, Save changes.
