You can find a summary of the interest you’ve earned on your accounts and paid on loans, quickly and easily in NetBank.

Go to Interest & tax summary in NetBank.

Check you’ve told us your Tax File Number (TFN) or TFN exemption while you’re there. Under the Income Tax Assessment Act, withholding tax may apply to interest earned on your account(s) unless you’ve provided us with your TFN or TFN exemption.

You’re not obliged to provide your TFN or TFN exemption but if you don’t, or if you have an overseas home address, we’re required by law to withhold tax.
