How do I make a contribution into my Essential Super?

You can easily add extra money to your existing Essential Super account using NetBank or the CommBank app. You can also use any online banking service by either Direct Credit or BPAY®.

Direct Credit Instructions

Log on to NetBank or contact your financial institution to transfer your contribution to the following account.

BSB: 067-979

Account number: The last 9 digits of your Essential Super account number

Account name: Your first name and surname

Reference codes: Use one of these two-letter reference codes to tell us what kind of contribution you're making:

• Personal contributions: MV
• Spouse contributions: SP

If you don't enter a code, or you have put it in the wrong place, your payment will be treated as an employer contribution. This means that you will pay tax on the contribution.
