To change how you pay your Loan Protection premiums download and fill in this form. You'll need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the form.

You can edit the form directly from your computer. Just use your mouse to click each box and then type in your details. You just need to type your name into the signature box.

Once you’ve edited the form, save it to your computer and send it back to us as an attachment in an email to:

Your direct debit details will be updated within 5-7 business days after we receive your form.

Please note that we only accept payment via bank account, MasterCard or Visa.
