How can I check my Travel Money Card balance?

There are a number of ways to check your card balance.  You can use them as standalone options or in combination:

  • Log on to the CommBank app or NetBank
  • Call the Travel Money Customer Service Centre on 1300 660 700 or +61 2 9999 3283 from overseas (reverse charges accepted1) at any time
  • Set up SMS alerts in NetBank to receive SMS balance alerts for a daily, weekly, monthly or low-balance alert
  • At an ATM (this service may not be available at all ATMs). Note that the balance of the local currency of the ATM or the first currency on your currency order will be displayed, not the entire balance on your card.
