Your rotations
Our structured 24-month program gives you both breadth and depth across our team. You’ll complete four rotations across finance, specialist and business intelligence/ analytics teams.
Each rotation combines real world experience with tailored technical training and professional development, so you’re ready to make an impact from day one.
Your final rotation includes leadership development, including regular access to senior leaders (including the Group CFO), uplifted training and opportunities to shape culture and drive various initiatives.
Your development & experience
You'll be involved in exciting work and a variety of projects, where you’ll gain valuable skills, receive coaching and mentoring, build strong networks while benefitting from extensive training and development.

Deliver smart, sustainable sourcing solutions.
Being part of a team that leads all the procurement activity for the Bank and supports the way that we manage the procurement lifecycle, bringing to life the strategy developed and envisioned by the business.
You’ll be hands on in supporting the Group to make decisions about the way we partner with suppliers to deliver good value solutions that help us deliver on our promises to customers.
The scale of our organisation means you’ll be helping the business to identify opportunities to add value to the Bank (and our customers and shareholders) by delivering market leading commercial deals through sourcing and negotiation with suppliers.
You’ll be part of making informed decisions by delivering insights to drive performance and risk outcomes and ensuring maximum value is delivered from our external relationships resulting from effective management and governance.
Your rotations
Our program takes 24-months including four rotations in the following teams: Procurement Strategy and Enablement; Category Management (in the Technology and the Banking and Corporate Services teams); and Supplier Risk and Governance. At the end of the program, you’ll have a permanent role.
Your development & experience
You’ll gain valuable experience in areas such as: strategy planning, category management, procurement systems, strategic deals, sourcing and demand management; negotiation, contract execution; stakeholder and customer relationship management; contract and supplier management; and supplier risk and governance.
You’re business minded and analytical. You have a high degree of problem solving and decision-making ability with a growth mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo.
You're interested in the supplier lifecycle process and have an eye for efficiencies and innovation.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be persuasive and collaborate with people of all levels within an organisation.
