The Commercial Card Self Service function offers you the convenience of managing and controlling cardholder activity online anytime of the day or night. With just a few clicks of the mouse you can lodge your paperless service requests online.

In addition to viewing statements and balances, this service also lets you:

  • Order a new card or PIN
  • Change a card limit (monthly and per transaction)
  • Cancel or reissue a card
  • Change cardholder contact details

Keep track of spending

One of the main advantages of the service is that it lets you track cardholder activity, so you can see what’s being spent on each account as soon as it’s processed. It also allows you to set monthly and transaction limits for each employee or card, which is helpful for managing your expenses budget.

Before you get started

To create a service request, you must be defined as a Card Administrator. If you’re not already a Card Administrator, you’ll need your CommBiz Administrator to do this through CommBiz and then have the request approved by a CommBiz Service Delegate. Once the request has been approved, it will be activated and you will be able to start using the Commercial Card Self Service.
