Manage and monitor your business accounts and records

NetBank makes it simple to take control of your business banking by giving you a one-stop around the clock portal where you can monitor and manage all your transactions within different accounts. You can review and print statements, search for specific transactions, and import and export financial data.

Access to 2 years of business transactions

Review the last two years of transactions for all your linked accounts and credit cards including Business Transaction Accounts, Business Online Saver accounts and business credit cards.

You can search for a specific transaction within any of your linked transaction accounts or credit card accounts. You can search by a specific date or range of dates, as well as transaction descriptions. 

Access to 7 years of statements

You can view and print your statements in NetBank by going to the ‘View accounts’ tab and selecting ‘Online statements’ and then choosing the account you wish to get a statement for. You can choose to view your most recent statement or you can select a date range as far back as seven years, making it simple to access your records for taxation purposes. 

Export transaction information

Exporting transactions can also help improve your accounting practices, making them more reliable and efficient. You can easily export transactions from the last two years to business software such as Quicken, Microsoft Money, MYOB and Microsoft Excel. You can also export your account address book which is helpful if you need to import this data into another NetBank account, for example a colleague’s.
