Yes, if you've received a corporate card application code your organisation has chosen to complete card applications online.

No, you can only have one NetBank profile. If you already bank online with us, you must use your existing NetBank logon details to apply.
We use two-factor authentication to protect your card application. After entering your application code, you'll receive a one-time SMS code to verify your identity.
Your application code is valid for 72 hours.
Once you've set up your NetBank profile, you'll have 21 days to complete your ID check – either online or at a CommBank branch.
If you don’t complete the ID check within 21 days, your application will expire and you’ll need to ask your Card Administrator to send a new application code.
To enable self-service features in NetBank and the CommBank app, we need to link your corporate card to a NetBank profile. If you’re not an existing CommBank customer, we’ll need to verify your identity to create your profile.
Once you've set up your NetBank profile, you'll have 21 days to gather the documents for the ID check. Check which documents you'll need.
If the ID check isn’t completed within 21 days, your application will expire and you’ll need to request a new application code from your Card Administrator.
Once your ID check is complete, we'll send you your new card. When it arrives, log on to NetBank or the CommBank app to activate your card and set a PIN.

Yes, you can make a payment to your corporate card from your personal account using BPAY:
No, if you hold existing accounts or products with us, your corporate card will not affect your net position in NetBank or the CommBank app. It also won’t affect any applications for other CommBank products.
