How to access the CommBank Home Buying Hub

    • Log on CommBank app and click on ‘For You’ on your home screen
    • Select 'Products and Services', and then 'Home Buying'
    • Click on ‘Explore the Home Buying Hub’
    • Additionally, you can access the Home Buying Hub through the Commbank app dashboard screen. Add the hub to your home screen when prompted, or add it later from your Favourites list for one-click access.
  • If you’re new to the CommBank app, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play. Then, use your NetBank client number to register.

    If you're a new CBA customer who's received conditional pre-approval or conditional eligibility, you will need to have your ID verified in person in order to register for NetBank and the Commbank app.

  • These features are available for customers who hold a Conditional Pre-approval or Conditional Eligibility letter. For customers applying through a broker, not all features are currently available to you.
