    • Log on to the CommBank app 
    • Search for ‘Home Hub’. You can also access the Home Hub through the CommBank app’s dashboard screen. Add the Hub to your home screen when prompted, or add it later from your Favourites list for one-click access
    • If you’re new to the CommBank app, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play. Then, use your NetBank client number to register

    If you're a new CBA customer who's received conditional pre-approval or conditional eligibility, you will need to have your ID verified in person in order to register for NetBank and the Commbank app.
