If you're a new CBA customer who's received conditional pre-approval or conditional eligibility, you will need to have your ID verified in person in order to register for NetBank and the Commbank app.
These features are available for customers who hold a Conditional Pre-approval or Conditional Eligibility letter. For customers applying through a broker, not all features are currently available to you.

You can register online for NetBank with your CommBank keycard, debit MasterCard or credit card, or call us on 13 2221 or visit any of our branches.
