Wanting to send money overseas to friends and family for a special occasion or to cover day-to-day expenses? Need to pay invoices from overseas suppliers? You can send an International Money Transfer (IMT) to more than 200 countries, in over 30 currencies from the CommBank app, NetBank or at your nearest branch.
Watch our video to see how.
Your recipient collects a payment made using their mobile number from CommBank Payment Collections.
They simply need to enter the collection code, their mobile number, banking and personal details then tap ‘Collect payment’. They can also store their details so they don’t need to collect future payments (we’ll also verify some details via SMS).
You can also send money overseas at your nearest branch. It’s cheaper and quicker to make a transfer online or using the CommBank app though.
