If you think you have been scammed, for example if you clicked a link, provided your details or made a payment, follow these steps immediately.
Log on to the CommBank app and message us, or call us on 13 2221.
If you're a CommBiz customer, call 13 1998 and select option 4.
Do not use the contact details from the email or message itself. If you get a suspicious email, send a copy or screenshot to [email protected]
By reporting suspicious messages, you help protect CommBank customers and the wider Australian community.
