Merchant Agreement & forms

Merchant Agreement

A booklet that all new merchant customers get. It lets you know your rights, obligations and what you need to do to use your Facility properly.

Effective 1 October 2019, we updated the Merchant Agreement for CommBank merchant facilities.

Here's what’s changed

  1. New merchants will have a new contract start date. This doesn't impact existing merchants
  2. Cash-out won't be permitted with UnionPay International cards
  3. We've provided clarity on the liability for merchant losses
  4. Currency Conversion has been removed as an optional product
