Why am I unable to access Daily IQ?

Before you can use Daily IQ, there are a few things you must do as a first time user:

  • Log into CommBiz and set up your security Q&As
  • Change log on IDs and passwords
  • Accept Terms & conditions.

If a user tries to log on without doing the steps above first, they’ll receive an error message. 

If you already have CommBiz, ensure your Administrator has enabled you as a user in CommBiz. Then you can go to the App Store, download Daily IQ and then start using the app.
