To enable self-service features in NetBank and the CommBank app, we need to link your corporate card to a NetBank profile. If you’re not an existing CommBank customer, we’ll need to verify your identity online so we can create your profile.
No, you need an Australian mobile number and residential address to register for NetBank or the CommBank app.
If you’re unable to be identified online, check you’ve used your full legal name on the card application and in your ID documents. Preferred names are not accepted.
If the ID check still fails, you can visit a branch to create a NetBank profile. Once you have a profile, return to this page to link your card.
