Ways to bank with us

Start banking online

If you haven’t already, register for NetBank and download the CommBank app, so you can do your everyday banking anytime, from wherever you like.

To use the CommBank app, you’ll need to download it from the App Store, or Google Play. Then, you’ll need to register.

Pay without cash

Use your CommBank card or mobile phone to tap and pay. If you pay with CommBank Tap & Pay or Apple Pay, on most terminals you won’t have to touch a PIN pad at all – no matter how much you spend. Alternatively, pay online and get things delivered where possible.

Depositing cash or cheques

If you need to deposit money into an account you can use our instant deposit ATMs 24/7. Watch how to use an ATM with instant deposit. All of our ATMs have touchscreen technology and are audio-enabled.

Look out for current frauds and scams

There are scammers who are taking advantage of coronavirus. Examples of current scams include SMS and email scams and phone calls impersonating the World Health Organisation, government authorities, and legitimate businesses – including travel agents and telecommunications companies.

Think you’ve been scammed?

It’s important to remember that CommBank will never contact you to confirm, update or disclose personal or banking information.
