  • Activate and create PIN

    Activate your card in NetBank or the CommBank app and create your own PIN.

  • Transfer card balance

    Request to transfer a balance you owe on a personal, Australian issued credit or store card to your CommBank credit card. Balance transfers are not available on the CommBank Essentials credit card and CommBank Neo card.

  • Add an additional cardholder

    You can have one additional cardholder on your CommBank credit card, who must be at least 16 years old.

  • Set up a regular payment

    You can get regular payments such as bills debited from your credit card automatically. This can be for a fixed or variable amount.

  • 1 Provided you comply with the credit card conditions of use, protect your PIN, and immediately notify us of the loss, theft or misuse of your card or PIN and of any suspicious activity on your account. Report suspicious activity on your account by calling 13 2221 option 4 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
