* The monthly account fee on the Smart Access account you open via this webpage will be automatically waived for 12 months if cookies are enabled on your browser. If your cookies are disabled and/or if the duration of your studies is longer than 12 months, you will need to visit a branch and present your current student ID to set up the monthly account fee waiver. The monthly account fee waiver will be applied based on the expiry date listed on your Student ID. If your studies exceed 5 years, you will need to visit a branch and present your student ID again after 5 years to continue receiving the waiver.
