    You will only need to have funded a new CommBank bridging home loan between 29 July 2019 and 31 January 2020.
  3. Can I use my Promotion Code on any other products?

    No, you can only redeem for a Series 7 55" RU7100 4K UHD TV (UA55RU7100).

Redemption

  1. When do I receive my Promotion Code?

    We’ll email it to you within 4 weeks of your settlement date. You don't need to do anything further to receive your Promotion Code. Make sure you redeem your TV by 30 June 2020.
  2. Why isn't my Promotion Code working?

    The Promotion Code is case sensitive and is for single use on the redemption site only. The code will not work on the normal Samsung Online Store. If you have satisfied the above conditions and the Promotion Code is still not working, please contact Samsung's customer service team for further assistance on 1300 362 603 and choose option 5.
  3. How do I redeem my offer?

    a.  Click here to access the redemption site or go to www.samsung.com/au/commbankoffer.
    b.  Enter the Promotion Code that we emailed you.
    c.  Select “Add to cart” under the Series 7 55" RU7100 4K UHD TV.
    d.  Once you’re in “Your Cart”, select "Add Promotion Code" and enter your Promotion Code.  Click “REDEEM” and then select ‘CHECKOUT’.
    e.  Enter shipping details and choose your preferred delivery date. Click “Continue”, where you’ll be taken to the “Checkout” page.
    f.  On the “Checkout” page, select "Gift Redemption" as your payment option and click “Place Order” to complete your order.
    g. Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Samsung Australia with a tax invoice as your proof of purchase.
  4. What code do I use to access the redemption site?

    To access the redemption site, you will need to enter your Promotion Code that we emailed you. If you have not received this code within 4 weeks of your settlement, please go to question 8 (I have not received my Promotion Code – who should I contact?).
  5. Where do I enter the Promotion Code?

    After adding the TV to your cart, view your cart and choose "Add Promotion Code". Enter your Promotion Code that you used to access the redemption site. Make sure you use your Promotion Code by 30 June 2020 to redeem your offer.
  6. Why am I being charged the full price?

    Ensure that your Promotion Code has successfully been applied on cart. Please go to question 2 (Why isn't my Promotion Code working?).
  7. Why am I getting stuck on the checkout?

    If your Promotion Code has not been successfully applied, you will not be able to complete your order. To ensure that your Promotion Code has been successfully applied, please refer to question 2 above (Why isn't my Promotion Code working?) for further details.
  8. I have not received my Promotion Code – who should I contact?

    If you meet the eligibility criteria and have not received your Promotion Code, follow the steps below:
    a.  Check your Spam or Junk mail folder.
    b.  Check if your mailbox is full and you can still receive incoming emails.
    c.   Confirm that the email address you provided on your CommBank home loan application is still valid.

  1. How long will it take for my Samsung Series 7 55” RU7100 4K UHD TV to arrive?

    Delivery timeframes will vary based on your location. To find out which dates are available, select the delivery date field during checkout and you will be prompted with the available delivery dates based on your location.
  2. How do I choose when I'll receive my delivery?

    After entering your delivery address, you will be able to select your preferred delivery date under "DELIVERY DAYS". Select the delivery date field and you will be prompted with the available delivery dates, based on your location. Select your requested date on the pop-up calendar. 
  3. I haven't moved yet. Can I get the TV delivered later, when I have moved?

    The latest delivery date will generally be within 30 business days of redemption. If you do not wish for your TV to be delivered within this time, please consider redeeming at a later date. If you do redeem later, please ensure you use your Promotion Code by 30 June 2020.
  4. Do I have to be home to collect my order?

    Someone must be present at your delivery address to collect your order. Your delivery can be signed off by another party, so long as they’re over the age of 18 and they also reside at the delivery address.
  5. Can someone else sign for my delivery?

  6. Will my television be installed upon delivery?

    Samsung does not offer installation services and the delivery driver will only be able to deliver the TV.
