Pascal Boillat
Pascal Boillat is Group Executive of Enterprise Services and Chief Information Officer at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. In this role he leads the technology and operations division, helping deliver the best digital banking services to Commonwealth Bank customers.
Pascal joined Commonwealth Bank in October 2018 and is responsible for information technology, cyber security, technology infrastructure and digital delivery for all divisions across CBA. He is also responsible for banking and markets operations, group regulatory operations, and procurement and supplier partnerships.
He is an experienced technology and operations professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
Prior to joining CBA, Pascal was Group Chief Information Officer at Deutsche Bank overseeing all aspects of technology and driving adoption of new innovation and automation across the organisation. He joined Deutsche Bank as Chief Information Officer and Head of Operations, Corporate and Investment Banking.
He has served as Chief Information Officer and Head of Operations and Technology at US mortgage market company Fannie Mae, where he was a member of the management committee. He has also worked in senior roles at Citi, BearingPoint, Capco, KPMG Consulting and Credit Suisse Group.
Pascal has an electronic engineering degree from Zurich, Switzerland.
