Permanent & fixed-term contracts

We have permanent and fixed-term contract roles available across our contact centre locations.

A role in a contact centre is fast-paced, and to be successful you will need to be passionate about providing outstanding service over the phone. 

Our permanent and fixed-term contract opportunities would mean you become an employee of the Commonwealth Bank Group. Individuals who have been temporarily stood down by their existing employer, and who intend to return to their employer, may not wish to pursue these opportunities.
