Download the epay app via the App bank on your CommBank Albert Device.
Enter your details into the epay app and follow the steps.
Open the epay app on your Albert terminal.
Log in to the epay app and select the Alipay icon.
Choose to scan the QR code on your Albert screen or scan the QR code presented on the customer's smartphone using the camera on the Albert.
Ask the customer to scan the QR code on your Albert screen or lift the Albert terminal to scan the QR code presented on the customer's smartphone using the camera on the Albert. The payment process will automatically start.
Once the purchase is complete, a customer copy of the receipt will be printed.
