We continue to invest in our branches and technology as they remain key to our strategy and future. This includes opening new branches where we see demand, relocating, refurbishing, installing new technology and closing branches in some areas. 

We are required under the Banking Code of Practice to comply with the Australian Banking Association protocols for branch closure. Our process ensures appropriate engagement with our customers and relevant community organisations, including local government.
