Before you log on to CommBiz for the first time, you'll need your:
These details are specific to you, so don’t share them with anybody else. An Administrator can create a new user profile for other people should they need access.
Here’s how you would’ve first received your log on details. If you can’t find them, an Administrator can get them by navigating from Admin then Users and then User Security in CommBiz.
i. New users on an existing CommBiz service
ii. New Authorisers logging on for the first time to a new CommBiz service

If you’re the only administrator and can't find your details, get in touch with your Relationship Manager or visit a CommBank branch with ID for help.

By following the steps above, you can log on to do simple things like view your accounts.
You may also receive one or both of the following devices that protect your security and provide access to other things. If you do, activate and start using them as soon as you can.
We recommend you use a NetLock USB device.
If you receive a NetLock USB, you’ll need to plug it into your PC every time you log on. It authenticates your connection to CommBiz with an encrypted digital certificate and secured internet browser.
You can only activate your NetLock once you’ve logged on for the first time.
If you’re an authoriser or administrator user, you'll get a security token. This provides access to any secure features (for example transaction authorisations) that have been assigned to you.
