An organisation can choose one or more employees, agents or contractors to be a Verifying Officer.

Verifying Officers can identify signatories on the organisation’s accounts and facilities, so the signatories don’t have to visit a branch or submit paperwork.

The types of organisations that can appoint Verifying Officers are:

  • Company
  • Trust
  • Partnership
  • Association
  • Registered Co-operative
  • Government body

To appoint a Verifying Officer, visit your nearest branch or contact your Relationship Manager.
