Why you'd do this

Approving maintenance requests from your dashboard means you don't have to do any paperwork.

What you'll need

  • Permissions to approve requests on your CommBiz service
  • A CommBiz physical token or eToken


How to add a service delegate

Step 1

  • Log on and go to Functions > Dashboard
  • Enter your log on password and CommBiz token password

Step 2

  • You’ll see requests that are pending, in progress and completed
  • The requests waiting for your approval can be found under the Requests to authorise tab
  • To see details of requests you’re approving, click View details
  • From the details page, you can reject or approve the pending request

Step 3

  • To approve a request, enter your password and a CommBiz token password and click Submit.
  • Go to the Requests completed tab to see if you are the final approver. If the request needs approval from other people, details will be shown in the Requests in progress tab.
